Rick came up with "Super Freak" after Street Songs had already been recorded. He started playing the bass line and singing the lyrics as a joke. The band decided that they should record it and add it to the album, making it one of the greatest last minute additions of all time.  MORE >>

Rick released his final album, "Urban Rapsody," today in 1997. Although influenced by 90s hip hop, the album's tracks are laced with electric rhythms and driving bass lines, highlighting Rick's ability to make everything funky.   MORE >>
